Roofing Sales Lead Service Writer

OVERVIEW

Professional, high-energy, technology-first and data-driven company, Rivertop Roofing is recruiting veteran roofing Sales Team Lead Service Writers for insurance restoration roofing sales in Dallas Fort-Worth, TX and Atlanta, GA. This is a limited time offer to help us grow the DFW headquarters as we expand to a national model. The commission structure is higher than normal because we are looking for rock stars that can hit the ground running with little-to-no training, and have the ability to recruit, train, and grow their own sales team.

COMPENSATION

• 10-50-50 commission profit split based on pre-supplement gross profit from your earned leads.

• 20-50-50 commission profit split based on pre-supplement gross profit from company-supplied leads.

• 10% instant pay on approved checks turned in.

• No caps on commission earnings.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience as a roofing salesman / sales manager who is comfortable and proficient generating insurance restoration roof job leads where hail, wind, tree, or lightning damage exists. Must understand both roofing and the homeowner insurance restoration process. You will be responsible for responding to company-supplied leads and generating your own leads through networking and door knocking sales activities. The ideal candidate will have no problem selling a minimum of $2,000,000 in gross insurance restoration roofing jobs per year in the Dallas Fort-worth region, and has done at least that within the last 12 months currently.

Your job is to get the next contract signed. Canvas, inspect, present, close, follow up. Our office team does all bookkeeping, marketing, customer service, project management, production management, insurance communication, and supplementing for you.

LOCATION

Our headquarters office is located in Fairview, TX and we serve the greater DFW area from McKinney to Fort Worth. Our office is available to our team for office work, client meetings, and general business, but most of your time will be in the field selling roofs, working jobs, and training your team. We also have a team in Georgia that serves the greater Atlanta area down to Macon, GA.
